Relax, open yourself to the possibility, and trust. You move through different brain wave states all day. Have you ever tried to meditate? It can be challenging to quiet the mind. Close your eyes and think about your favorite person, place, or thing. See as much detail in your mind's eye. Keep your eyes closed and as you remember details describe them as more details wake up in your memory. We are going to go to the deepest state of trance and leave the doubts and worries behind!
You will receive an audio recording of your session to take home with you when you leave. Some clients go fascinating places and receive information appropriate for others to learn from. Your session will not be shared without discussion and signed permission with you.
